I don’t get hayfever from grass pollen, but I am allergic to something that makes my nose run and sneeze a lot! I don’t know what it is though. I had some tests done where the doctors put tiny drops of things you’re likely to be allergic to on my arm and then prick it with a needle (ouch!) to see if it comes up in a rash, but they were all negative. The doctor said my arm wasn’t allergic to anything, but they still had no idea what it was my nose is allergic to!

      Hi Ellie,
I do. My eyes are the worst affected, they get very sore, and runny and I sometimes look like I am crying lots! I don’t really like hot weather, as i burn very easily as well, I;m a winter person!

I’m lucky not to get it much – there are some types of pollen (tree pollen, I think) that give me any symptoms, but only for a short while each year, and it’s only mild (I wake up sneezing).

I do. It’s a really irritating thing. I could take those injections that habituate you to the allergens, but I am equally averse to needles.
