  Yes; all we need is a computer to stream the video back to land from the camera feeds on our underwater vehicle. We already have the communications link between the ship and the shore – on my last expedition, we ran a live website that had more than 50 000 visitors from around the world. But it was only text and photos. For live video, we need a dedicated computer that can compress the video into a format that we can stream over our internet link. And that’s the server that I’d like to buy with the prize money (plus some other funding that I have).
