• Question: what do you do in your spare time?

      I like dancing, singing, drama and cooking, especially cakes!

      Hi Freya

      I don’t have much spare time at the moment between work and my family unfortunately! When I do though, I love photography and being able to escape from the house to take pictures. I read to relax as well. Before I had kids I did lots of music, playing in orchestras and singing in choirs, and I hope that when the kids are a bit older I’ll be able to do this again, I really miss both the musical and social side of it!

      I like walking our dog, and going cross-country running to keep fit (I miss the countryside when I’m living on a ship at sea, so I like to make the most of it when I’m on land), and I practise martial arts. And spending time and going out with my wife – we recently learned to dance the tango together, which was great fun.
