I do lots of different experiments everyday, most of them involve my cells and embryos and for that I need to use a microscope, so I think that;s my most common type. I have to look after my cells and embryos every day when they are growing so it’s quite hard work. They need to be “fed” just like us to keep them alive and I also need to make sure they dont grow too fast or slow or overgrow in their dishes. I’ve listed some of the other experiments I do below, and if you are interested, you can ask me more, or you can look them up using google!

      Western Blots
      PCR
      Immunohistochemistry
      MTT assays
      ELISA
      Apoptosis assays
      Sectionining
