• Question: what subject did you like in school besides science?

      I liked lots of the more sciencey subjects. I liked maths, Geography and French best I think. I did all maths and science for my A levels though.

      I enjoyed history, at least when we got a great teacher who really brought it to life. And English – I took English at A-level, even though it was my worst subject in my GCSE grades.

      Music – which is what I went on to study at university before I realised there was a scientist inside me desperately trying to get out!

      I really enjoyed french and german as well as Biology and Chemistry. I also really enjoyed lunchtime and breaktimes!!!
